Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch (UK) - We aim to dispatch all orders with 48 hours. If we’re are unable to achieve this for certain products you will be notified on the product page and given an estimate of delivery time, UK shipping costs £1.50. International - We ship to ALL international countries using Royal Mail Air Mail. Our current international shipping rate is just £3.00.

Our delivery and shipping is carried out through Royal Mail. All our clips are delivered in a secured padded envelope and present in a free Organza bag. You can be assured that when ordering with your clips will arrive in perfect condition.

Every effort is made to ensure that the items arrive with you in good condition and on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed or damaged as they pass through the postal system.

We cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a package not arriving, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can pursue the matter with the Royal Mail. We do not pursue any lost packages.

Privacy & Security does not have access to your credit and debit card details. This information is handled by Paypal, market leader in this field with an excellent record on online security. All credit and debit card information submitted within the order process is secured within 128-bit encrypted sessions to ensure that your personal and sensitive information is kept safe. You can tell when a page requesting payment details is secure as “https” appears in the address window of your browser and also a small padlock will be displayed.

All the personal information that you provide, for example name, address, and credit/debit card number are used solely to process the transaction. We do not sell your information to any third party. Neither do we trade or share your details with any third party. All credit and debit card information is processed direct by my payment service PayPal who are approved payment solutions providers. does not have any access to your credit and debit card information.

Returns & Replacements

Our primary aim is that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your hair clips we offer a 7 day complete customer satisfaction policy. Please contact us at within 7 days of receipt of goods to advise us that you wish to return the items. You will be responsible for the postage costs of any returned items.

No refunds can be given outside of this 7 day period. No refunds will be given if a product has been damaged or misused. Any complaint will be dealt with immediately upon receipt. We will endeavour to resolve complaints as quickly as possible.

Our accessories and products are made with great care and a huge effort is put into quality control to ensure comfort and an excellent fit. We continue to work hard at improving and refining the collections.

However, if you wish to return an item for refund or exchange, please send it back unworn, in a sale-able condition within fourteen days of receipt. We hope that you are happy with your purchases but if you do need to exchange or return an item please send it back unworn and in a sale-able condition, within 14 days of receipt. Sale items should be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please note that as we do not offer a free returns service if you wish to return an item you will be asked to pay the postage costs.

Please complete the form on the reverse of your dispatch note and enclose it in your parcel. Keep the top copy for your records. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in the post so please obtain a free proof of postage from the post office which will serve as your security in case this happens. Please allow 14 days for us to process your returns. Credit card refunds will appear on your next bank or credit card statement.
